Why the petrol prices are continously increasing?

This is observed by all of us that the petrol prices are increasing very rapidly, today its 84₹ per liter. Who should we blame for this? Basically we don't produce crude oil and the prices of petrol depend upon the crude oil only, we buy crude oil from different countries and then by chemical process the oil petrol and diesel is being taken out from that crude oil. After that central government impose the tax on it and then state governments also impose taxes on it. Earlier when crude oil was 108$ per barrel then the prices were 72₹per liter but now the cost of crude oil is 88$ per barrel but the government had increased its taxes that is the only main reason why we had to pay this much of high price for petrol, as u know the government only knows how to increase the tax, earlier government was providing us subsidy on petrol but todays government had increased the taxes.
